Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics (Law Studies) and the Faculty of Social Sciences (Political Science Studies) of the University of Wroclaw, as well as of postgraduate studies Master of Comparative Law Mannheim/Adelaide. Since 2006 specialist in legislation in the Bureau of Research of the Chancellery of the Sejm. His research interests include in particular parliamentary law, judicial review of constitutionality of law, as well as methods of constitutional interpretation.
